From start to completion the approach, professionalism and attention to detail by the Volvo Sheffield Team was 100%. In my opinion, the team are customer focused and very approachable, which was what I needed to make my purchase. Sam Hutton was my point of contact. He was able to guiding me around the technical and practical aspects of the vehicle and proved very knowledgeable. The after sales support was also fantastic as I had direct email contact with Sam to iron out any after sales questions I had. [NB: As a now Sheffield Volvo customer, I would have liked to have been given the option to "opt-out" of any communication with Stoneacre Head Office. From my recent experience, I was approached by Stoneacre Head Office to purchase products and services that had already been purchased from Sheffield. I found this level of internal competition within the brand very annoying. I have now "opted-out" of any Head Office correspondence.]
