Very disappointing experience.

We recently called LAWTONS OF TADCASTER car dealership to view a car, but when I decided not to proceed with the purchase, the staff called Andy attitude became rude and unprofessional. A good dealer should respect a customer’s decision without pressure or disrespect. I value honesty and courtesy when making such big decisions, and unfortunately, this dealership failed to provide that. I wouldn’t recommend them based on how they handle genuine customers who choose not to buy.
