Outstanding Service and Genuine Care

Where do I start? I bought a car and within weeks it developed a fault that became incredibly frustrating. They replaced every part that could’ve contributed to the issue, nothing worked. I was close to returning the car altogether. They didn’t dismiss my concerns, and they didn’t give up. Their tenacity to find the root cause and fix it was nothing short of commendable. All the while, they provided me with a courtesy vehicle so I was never off the road. They even supported a charity I volunteer for, which speaks volumes about their character. Thanks to Martin and Scott, your persistence and professionalism made all the difference. Amazing people. I genuinely can’t thank them enough.
