Sale unconfirmed V5 not sent to DVLA

I bought a Hyundai IX20 from this garage. They never sent the confirmatory part of the Registration of sale document in. This meant I couldn't tac the vehicle and also the email reminder didn't get sent!!!!! I rang DVLA to sort out the problem and they confirmed they had no conf from the garage about the sale. I then had to take all my docs to the Post Office and pay £35 . I sent a letter to them as emails and phones didn't work. As of September 10th no reply, BE WARNED - This is much more serious if you get stopped by the Police. Who will virtually automatically impound it!!!!!!!! NOT IMPRESSED
