Walked into the showroom and Alex took charge of us showed us all three possible used cars we were choosing from, explained the specs of each. He didn't pressure us at all to choose but when we had Alex clearly explained what would be done, what we needed to do, what they did, and when the car would be ready, updated us during the process and all went as smoothly as he said. Friendly and first class service.
