Finance woes

Bought new Audi in June from Nick at Blackburn Ford. 5weeks later traded in car was on their forecourt with finance outstanding, which in most cases is illegal. Have found out from finance company paperwork was not dealt with promptly therefore causing me to owe money on a car I had sold 5 weeks prior. Please don’t ask Isaaz the finance manager to sort their poor attention to financial paperwork . Potential customers please expect a finance companies threatening letter nearly 2 months after your new car arrives.
