Service was good but several issues !

I contacted the Luton Trade Centre as I was interested in a car I found online. Naturally the sales team were keen for me to view the car etc…. Due to other commitments I was unable to get to the centre straight away but did say that I was very interested in the car and felt I was very close to purchasing. I mentioned that I was a cash buyer too and the sales manager kindly offered to deliver the vehicle to my home, FOC to which I closely considered. I then got to the centre to test drive the car and to ensure that everything on the car was to the spec I required. I test drove the car and was happy and went through the details of the car with one of the questions being the Sat/Nav. I was told that the SN was in place, however not shown but trusted the salesman’s knowledge In the vehicle. I reserved the car by leaving a £1000 deposit and paid the remainder before delivery. My concerns are as follows. 1. I requested delivery and was told it would be £100 plus VAT whereas prior to that, in order to get a quick sale this service was offered for free. 2. I was told there was a SATNAV system in the car only to find that there was NOT one fitted into the car after it had been delivered. I contacted my local Audi and was told it could cost up to £2000 to have the SATNAV system installed, something I did not expect so very disappointed as a SN was important to me. 3. When the car arrived by the friendly and helpful independent delivery company I was upset to find that the car had no petrol in it and was already on reserve. I live in a village and my nearest station is 3.5 miles away. Need I say anymore.. Finally I found there was more focus on selling a years extended warranty for £700 than focusing on the car that l purchased and ensuring that I left as a happy customer. Sadly I cannot leave a positive review and do hope that you discuss this with your CS team to prevent these issues in the future.
