Exceptional help

Brought an audi tts from rob at botley car centre, after a few days the turbo went - i got hold of rob straight away to which he replied can you get the car back to us or we can collect it tomorrow - he was in contact every single day with updates on progress on the car, I asked for a specific turbo to be fitted an he happily did so and pushed to get the car back to me within 10 days all work covered with invoices paper work ect - most dealers would have wanted to go along with what they feel but rob couldn't do enough. Truly grateful for the work they put in to correcting the situation that was a freak incident. Would reccomend the guys at botley to anyone. Superb customer service and professionalism. Thank you
