Couldn’t have asked for a better garage

Where to start? Loved our experience with this garage from start to end. We saw a car advertised by them online and booked an appointment to go see it. We turned up around 3 hours late due to unexpected personal circumstances and it was no bother at all. They handed us the keys, said take your time and look around it and let us know if you need anything. They then allowed us to take it on an extensive test drive and when we got back we agreed we wanted it and paid the deposit. They told us that we could collect the car in a weeks time as they (without requesting it) would put it through a fresh MOT, Service and full valet for us. Our saleswoman was not in the slightest bit pushy nor tried to force products on us once. She sent an email with the extended warranty details for if we wanted it and there was no further suggestion of extras which we really appreciated. Upon collection the handover was seamless and we were at the garage less than 15 minutes! When we test drove the car there was an issue with the front parking sensors of which we raised to them when paying the deposit and they said they would look at it while they had it before we collected it and if it wasn’t something they could sort, they would book it into a main dealership and have them fix it for us. When we collected the car they arranged a time and date for it to be booked in to the main dealer and told us they would collect the car & drop off a courtesy car. Due to work commitments I explicitly stated I needed it early in the morning and the delivery driver turned up at 7.30am with the (very nice!) courtesy car and took ours away. Alice kept in contact with me the whole time and gave me updates consistently. Once the car was returned to them, they were in the process of organising collecting the courtesy car from us and dropping our new car back but I was able to be in the area sooner than the expected delivery date so was able to pop in and pick it up. Overall 11/10 experience and have recommended to pretty much every person I’ve spoken to since to buy their next car from here. Lovely sales staff, great customer service and high quality cars. We will be back in the future!
