Avoid this garage at all costs. I bought a car from here and within 4 hours it developed a coolant leak. It took over a week to fix, and when I went to collect it the ABS fault light came on immediately. The customer service was appalling – the older, taller man was rude and passive-aggressive throughout. When the brake caliper started leaking, I was told it was just “part of buying a car” and that they weren’t responsible. After getting my finance company involved, the dealer eventually agreed to “inspect” it, but then ignored my messages for three days. They later claimed they were “off all week”, yet I text them minutes after this call. I’ve now had to spend over £300 getting the car repaired myself just to make it safe to drive. Untrustworthy, unprofessional and completely lacking in customer care.
