Absolutely stay away
Only thing that went well was collecting my C3 aircoss. Day after collection entertainment system fails. Return to dealership told to bring back following week. Return vehicle on said day upon collecting told system rebooted. Drove away appeared ok . Next morning same fault!! Returned to dealership another few days waiting to get looked at. Yet again told it was fixed didn't even get off of premises and it was malfunctioning. Also upon trying to lock vehicle central locking malfunction came to light wouldn't lock !! I was asked to bring back by now I've had this vechle less than 2 weeks and been in shop 3 times so I left it . I contacted them next day to be told that it needed a new system installed. I made it quite clear I was not happy with the service I was recieving and that surely there technical team should have tested said repairs before returning vehicle!!! They stated they would have to send the old one off to be assessed and await new one. Around 4 to 5 days upon this they offered me a curtsey car .7 days later got called saying vechle was fixed central locking new entertainment system installed. I collected only to discover it wasn't new as I was told .I know this as they forgot to wipe sat nav history!! Few days later sos system light continually flashing. Was told it could possibly be weak single I agreed with Luke Lowndes after sales director I would run it for a short while because he stated that this sometimes happened Problem continues I reported it and arranged to take vehicle back when I returned from my holidays. Then to be told that they rebooted it Sound Familiar? Again never got off of forecourt. Left it again!! Call next day to say it £190 !! Told them I was on my way in and would want to speak to M.D. and Steve who sold me vechle I was told they were both in that day. Upon arrival now not happy I was fobed off and told they were not on the premises Ended up discussing my situation with Luke Lowndes who stated he was only management on premises that day after more bla bla fob fob I was told I would have to email my grievance into them ...for him to answer???. My vechle was returned to me from rear of site . I had to return to Luke to confirm and get clarity on what he'd stated. As I was leaving guess who suddenly appeared from around the back must have seen my vehicle brought around front give it five minutes thinking I'd be well gone.. Surprise I was still there. Absolutely appalling dealership totally untrustworthy I've purchased around 7 vehicles in 12 yrs by far the most appalling dealership I've had the miss fortune to be associated with never again
