Not happy

Simple starter motor change as per 180pound diagnostic turned into 3 week nightmare 3 different people dealing with issues due to holiday/ sick leave paid for starter motor next phone call told that when turning starter motor my cam chain snapped??? Hours and hours of labour and bill of nearly 9000 pounds for new engine 3 weeks at ford in bits and felt held to ransom all in all a very unenjoyable and expensive experience phone call few days ago after complaint procedure and told they did it cheaper than it should have been shabby and not helpful any form of apology or compensation would be appreciated never spending another penny at trust ford shame on you
