After sales service poor

I paid a deposit for a car, there were a few scratches on the body work which was told would be rectified when I picked it up a few days later. On the day of pick up they were not done, foolishly I took the car on the understanding that I could return the car and the work be done. Over the last month or so I’ve made numerous phone calls to them I am always told various excuses as to why it can’t be done, always with a promise to call me back the next day, which never happens. I’ve given up now and will get the work done myself.
