Avoid. Terrible company to deal with

My Wife bought a LR Discovery HSE 2.0 from Penybanc Car Centre in May. We purchased unseen, so no test drive. I will never do this again. Needless to say, you would assume that with today's consumer rights that companies would operate honestly. Firstly, the delivery was delayed due to Air Conditioning issues, which they tried to resolve before delivery. Which is fair enough. However, five months later, we still have no Air Con and we have just been told the condenser is leaking. Which I believe was the issue back in May. Obviously, I can't prove this. Secondly, the car is delivered, and I drove down the road. Immediately there was a horrible squeaking noise coming from turning the steering wheel. How this was delivered without being discovered during a so called PDI is beyond me. I then reviewed the Service History, and the car had not been serviced since March 2023. I rang Lewis at PCC and he tried to explain to me that the car didn't need a service. I then subsequently noticed that the Engine didn't have its engine cover installed. A £650 item from JLR. Today I am still awaiting a replacement. I personally think it is disgusting that we are still waiting for this after spending £20k on the vehicle. To their credit PCC did then pay for the subsequent service and the replacement of a steering boot/rubber. To which Lewis believes shows that they went over and above. My response to that is that this should have been resolved prior to delivery. Some months later, we were still waiting for the V5C. Rang up PCC and it had been sent off to the DVLA. Ring the DVLA and through some covert conversations (DLVA can't tell you who the car is registered to, if it isn't in fact you), we realised that the car was indeed not registered to my Wife at either our home address, or work address. My Wife then had to pay a charge to have the vehicle put into her name and our home address. Unbelievable, that she had to do this at her own cost. We have also had an AdBlue problem. Upon inspection my local mechanic believe that the Adblue pipe had been purposely removed. Again, I can't prove this, and it may well of happened before PCC took ownership. However, should this be included in the PDI? That was £500 to fix. Lastly, it has gone into the garage today with temperature issues. It isn't holding temperature. This seems to be a thermostat problem. Again, I can't confirm that this is an issue that we have had since we had the car, but I'm fairly sure it is. This is looking to be a repair bill of £1000 or more. Lewis at PCC has provided a warranty. But the cover is only up to £1000 which just isn't enough on a prestigious car. All in all this has been a horrendous experience and Lewis is now not responding to my emails. My biggest annoyance now is that we will have to source our own engine cover if we now wish to move the car on.
