Sold a death trap of a van!

I purchased a van from Cuxton around 3 months ago, was told it had a fresh MOT and had been serviced recently. Within 6 weeks, engine management light comes on, 33 fault codes! Cleared, and 11 remained. The brake pads were also touching metal, two tyres were bald (I had only driven 1200 miles) plus a list of other bits that needed doing to stop the van from pulling to one side. Raised concerns with David, but got fobbed off as it was a commercial vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, ABSOLOUTE SCAM SHOW OF A COMPANY!
