Ok customer service, DreadFul car
We bought a car from this company and withing 6-7 months of ownership it started to have major mechanical issues. The engine management light kept coming on following a service request through the onboard computer for oil. Everytime oil was added, it the management light wiould come on again, The car broke down and was recovered by the AA to a local garage which diagnosed the oil level was low, so they topped it up. It was then driven again with our young daughter in it, only to breakdown on a dual carriageway in the outer lane. WHen it was recovered again it was was plugged into diagnostics and it became apparent there was a multitude of issues with the engine. Further diagnosis through deep investigation at a cost to us showed that the car had issues with the turbo unit (the spindle was loose and the fans were hitting the casing), the DPF had failed due to all 4 glow plugs not functioning correctly which would then provide regen for the DPF. Due to these failing the turbo was pulling oil through, which led to the soot build up in the DPF turning to ash.
