I bought a used audi from Bedford 18 months ago Was sold told id get 3 years servicing and mot with car I thought that was a good deal! I took car for a service a couple months ago it's 2nd one ...to be told I was getting charged as id had the 2 free ones Nope I ve had one I should have 2 left No sir . It turns out the first service they did when light came on just outside show room was on me not them ! Even though id just taken delivery Mot can anyone tell me how my car can fail mot on a head light out of adjustment , when it has self leving head lights ? Well it did Is that because it comes with a warranty that u can claim parts from labour from ? Do yaselves a favour If you want to buy a car go somewhere else ! This Garage just doesn't care how they get a car sold . They will sell you a deal and tell you it's free! Oh and if you want a call back from a manager ... your wait a life time !!
