Kind and helpful in our emergency

On 20th October, 2025, we had a sudden and scary problem when a rear tyre rapidly deflated on the A46. We pulled onto the Mazda forecourt and the guys there tried everything they could to get the tyre reinflated and sealed. Sadly the damage was too severe (large nail) and, 100 miles from home, we had few options (Audi don’t supply spares). Paul rang round to try to find us a replacement, and hot drinks and a warm room were offered and much appreciated. We did eventually get home late that night. Thanks to the team at Mazda for their kindness.
