Avoid Arnold Clark

I went through with the purchase and then informed they can’t deliver, after my 10hr shift at work I decided to drive straight away to Arnold Clark Inverness to collect the car. Upon driving back home to Nottingham I noticed a few complications with the vehicle and these also flashed up on my BMW App. From pillar to post I finally took the car to Arnold Clark Nottingham branch where on two separate occasions though trouble with my car they attempted to fix it. A few weeks later these jobs that I thought were fixed appeared again. I was then directed to BMW Stratstone Derby for the car to yet again undergo more fixes. In September of this year after only owning the car for 6 months with clocking up 5K miles I yet again run into more issues. Lindleys garage in Kirkby in Ashfield carried out nearly 3K worth of work on the vehicle and stated the car is unsafe and at risk to drive on the road. I have now been without my car for nearly 7 weeks has it’s been in garages for repairs. The latest is BMW DERBY have my vehicle and have instructed me that the car requires a Brand New engine that’s going to cost £12’000 Please is there anyway you can assist me and also prevent other members of the hard working public to fall into this nightmare of a trap?
