STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE

Paid a £99 holding fee in August 2025, not a deposit, to view a vehicle. On the day of viewing the appointment was cancelled by West Motors, the car had issues and an oil leak. They cancelled the viewing and i never got to view the vehicle. I asked for the holding fee back, i even have a text message from a salesman Steve, saying i will receive the £99 back. I have phoned, text and emailed, i never get a reply and to this date have not received my promised holding fee back. Now having to contact, Citizens advice, trading standards and legal advice. Stay away, unethical and unprofessional.
