Avoid!!!!

Purchased a nearly new Jeep (2024 plate with 6000 miles on it) from here around 4 months ago. Less than a week after picking it up I was stuck in the car park outside work as it wouldn't turn off! Promply called the branch to be told to contact Jeep Assist. They send out essentially the RAC who are reading a huge number of faults on the car. I then need to spend half my working day driving the car back to Perth and waiting over an hour for a courtesy car to be provided. The garage have the car for weeks to sort out the issue which we are told after chasing them for an answer is a 'software glitch'. Finally pick the car up after seriously considering looking in to the process of rejecting the car. Find another issue with it on the day we pick it up. My husband after telling someone in the sales centre we only have one car and need it to be reliable is told 'modern cars are really complicated if you want a reliable car you should buy a 10 year old diesel.' Which is what we just traded in!!! Car has been okay until 3 days ago (and a week after it's first service at this garage) when the engine management light comes on. My husband called the service centre and is firstly is bounced back 3 times to reception and was then told someone would call him back, which they don't do. We call the following day and they can't take the car in for another week. At this stage we are extremely frustrated with both the car and lack of assistance and service from the sales room. They are very happy to take your money but are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional if you have any issues. You'd expect when spending so much on a car it would at least get support when things go wrong. 1 star is generous given the experience we have had to date.
