Very poor service
This service centre has become a money making, factory conveyor belt. They have stopped caring about customers and are just focused on making money. I booked a service and called up twice to make sure a courtesy car would be available and was told definitely yes. When I arrived on the day of the service there was no courtesy car. They knew this the previous day. They could have called me the previous day to tell me so I had a choice as to whether to rearrange the service or not, but were too unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate to do this. They just wanted the money from the service. So they wasted my time and money. I cancelled the service and will never go back there again. I will be handing in my Toyota when the finance is over. This is a great way to treat a customer who bought 3 brand new cars from them! Better to go to another Toyota branch or better car brand
