absoulutely furious with Renault Cardiff after purchasing a BMW X2 from them. all there car adverts are not advertised with service history but i was assured by the salesmen Stefan it came with full service history which was critical to my decision .but after taking delivery I discovered there was no service history at all. I've chased them multiple time with calls and emails all I got are excuses and vague promises saying there looking into it, it feels like once they took my money they completely stopped caring about customer service and basic honesty, selling a car under false pretences is not just bad business - its deceptive if I had know the truth from the start I would of walked away. I strongly advise others to be cautious and get everything in writing before parting with your money. I have made 2 complaints to Renault direct but still no reply , over 2 months now really thought I was dealing with a reputable main dealer garage but it turns out to be a back street garage NOT RECOMMENDED
