Headlight adjustment

I took my one series into the dealership earlier in the year concerned that my headlight adjustment wasn't right I hadn't had the car very long so it was covered under the one year warranty. They told me they had adjusted them but I felt they seemed the same, life has been so busy and I never got the chance to take it back It has just failed its MOT on headlight adjustment and I'm absolutely furious as they told me they adjusted them. They obviously hadn't touched it, terrible Services again from BMW
