Awful customer service
New top of the range Ford explorer in the first few weeks the indicator had a fault, it took them a week to sort it, no loan car or compassion , the just a few weeks later the total dash went blank, we were going on holiday and said we would drop it in and they could have it until we returned, all we wanted was a lift back home they refused and said they didn’t have the facility to do that, I complained to the sales manager which said he would get a salesman to give me a lift. I have never had this terrible experience with other franchises before. Never again will I deal with this dealership
