I have owned my VW Polo for nearly 10 years, with no issues just needed an upgrade so decided to pop into Marshalls in Crawley. I was met by friendly reception and then introduced to Eddie Sim who went through everything I was looking for and my options. I can honestly say that throughout the whole process he was absolutely amazing. He kept me updated and informed from day one until the car was ready. He discussed and explained in detail all the warranty options and types of insurances with no pressure to purchase. I have to say there is a range of very reasonable warranties to choose from for extra peace of mind. He made sure I was happy & comfortable with everything, even on the final day taking the time to go through all the different gadgets and systems in the car before I set off. Eddie was very professional, friendly, helpful and dedicated which made my experience smooth and enjoyable. Even after the sale, he has responded to my questions promptly.
