Over and above service

I had an accident where my 11 month old Renault Captur hybrid automatic car got written off. The accident wasn’t my fault and I should have got like for like… this did not work out and due to way money was sent ended up buying a 2018 car as I couldn’t be without. A few days ago I found a suitable car at Canterbury Renault and was lucky to see Terry. He listened carefully to all my woes and ensured I got the right car that I could afford. His knowledge and support was exemplary and I will soon be the proud owner of a 2023 car same make and model of the one in the accident. His demeanour is calm and caring and I was so pleased for all his help when I asked he allowed me to hug him as I felt a handshake was really not enough.
