Cannot thank Harwoods, Crawley LR enough. We’ve had THE BEST experience to date. In particular Marc Nicholls ~ what a valuable member of your team. So our journey …. Following an extremely disappointing experience at a local garage in Tonbridge - a salesperson was dismissive when the car we enquired about was no longer for sale … fair enough. We saw something that peaked our interest, you know that feeling when it becomes exciting and are very much attracted to it? We asked a few questions and asked if we could look inside, the chap completely disregarded our attention. We wholly understood the vehicle wasn’t available, he obviously thought we were time wasters …. Mmm Following our huge disappointment from our local garage, we did a quick online search and headed to CRAWLEY … wow wow wow !! What fabulous, friendly and superb representative we were met with. An extremely friendly gentleman, Marc met us. Not only was he a thoroughly lovely chap, his time and knowledge was exemplary! What a huge asset he is to the team. The very fact that we enjoyed Marc’s company & expertise … we found ourselves purchasing a new car … Thank you Marc, we are so happy and you made the whole experience a very enjoyable & memorable time.
