Horrible customer service

Me and the wife went down to see about a car the first was abit out off our price range then we saw another and said that’s good enough so we got it under way with a 99£ deposit, a week later we get a call of the finance company saying it has gone through (brilliant news) just to be rung back a couple off hours later by Arnold Clarke to say it has failed ( of which it hasn’t ) so we thought ok let’s just get the deposit back and leave it there,,, 30 days later I’m still fighting to get our deposit back this place is a joke if anyone has anything about them PLEASE avoid this place, Every time I ring or go down the manager is busy they just come out with bullcrap all the time, If I could give a 0 star I would no customer service skills at all AVOID
