Unfortunately there is no better words to describe the level of customer service I have received at the place, the word is DISGRACEFUL and DISRESPECTFUL. Let me make this clear, this is not being written out of revenge, or hot mind, I’m pretty calm, and collected. ALI and MICHAELA, what a gang of thieves with Mercedes certification. The one star was given for KRIS’s work when I came to collect the car, at least he did listen to what I did say and gave it a try. That Idiot ALI just wanted things done his way and actually told me that I had been declined 3 times for the Bumper payment, all this after I had mentioned few times that he should not do because I already had the code from Bumper, I guess being done through them would get him a bonus. And on top of all this they had already made a full out of me by not honouring a fix done 8 months ago, under a 1 year warranty, for which I came back for the same now. Mercedes took absolutely no responsibility, NONE, they just brush of everything I did say. STAY WELL AWAY!! From A to Z, all a gang, in place to fulfill business quotes, and no emphaty for customers.
