Very straight forward people

I purchased a Ford Focus for my son, and initially, we encountered a few minor issues. I was quite concerned, but the garage manager assured me that he could resolve them, and that we wouldn't experience any further problems. Six months later, I am pleased to confirm that he was entirely correct; the car has been running perfectly.
