Dodgy sales practices
Watch out for dodgy sales practices, more interested in your money then the quality of cars . All very positive and helpful but then I got ripped off £700 in the end for being sold a faulty car that I rejected - Thanks Bridgend! Things to look out for- 1. Insist on a decent test drive and double check what they will say they'll do and actually for "getting the car ready" - apparently they were going do an odour bomb etc - all they did was chuck in a few branded air fresheners! - 2. The responsibility to return the car on rejection is yours and it is in the small print - but this doesn't sound right - when they have sold you a faulty car! - 3. Although not in any signed contractual documents that you should refer to the website condition's of sale, they will charge you mileage on rejection from the point of sale after you have driven over 500 miles. - Run your docs through AI if you want to scan for scams prior to agreeing a settlement - which I didn't do grrrrrr!
