Very poor customer service

Great company when you are buying /spending money on a vehicle until you have a issue and service department can’t cure it , please read all the small print on servicing as you will be reminded any payments on outstanding servicing are none refundable .l payed for two year servicing/mot £ 500 plus and was told hand brake warning light would not illuminate after service but they could diagnose for another one hundred and fifty quid ,sorted it myself sticking switch sold the car to solve its issue of transmission vibration.customer service is so poor it’s a shame as it looks a great company l will not buy any more vehicles from them again l didn’t think or want to write this review but if it helps others and saves your time and money buyer beware!!!!!,
