Horrendous

Sold my daughter a car that was not as it described. Several things not working. He did not even to offer to get any of these things fixed After fuelling up the car and getting advise, she immediately returned the car and he refunded her money. Yes this left her car less and a long way from home. They left her stood in the dark, not asking how she was getting home. I left work to pick her up, finding her in tears and so upset. There was no compassion or any thoughts to leaving a stranded young lady in a town she doesnt know She travelled from another county on train, relied on getting a lift from scunthorpe to brigg to collect the car she was hoping to get. This mans attitude was appauling
