Shocking! Avoid!!

I have a Passat lease car, it’s a 74 plate so fairly new. It has a horrendous rattle from the dashboard and the fuel flap will not stay shut (held shut with gaffer tape - VW quality for you 🙄) I took it to Group 1 in Chester for a service and to assess the warranty work. They handed me the keys back and just said somebody would contact me about the warranty work. 5 calls and nearly 4 weeks later (it’s almost impossible to speak to someone by the way) and I am still waiting for a call back from a seemingly fictional person in service, Molly. The dashboard still rattles like hell and the fuel flap is still held shut with gaffer tape - with no resolution in sight. Avoid like the plague!
