Had a very disappointing experience with JM Motors. I purchased a vehicle from them that was advertised as being in great condition, but after buying it, I discovered it had been in an accident — something that was never mentioned before the sale. When I contacted John and the lady in there, they played with me for a week. Regarding the issue, they were unhelpful and did not take responsibility for failing to disclose the car’s history. I feel misled and frustrated, as I trusted their description and expected honesty. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a car here to have an independent inspection and review the car’s history report before making any decisions. Unfortunately, my experience has completely damaged my trust in this dealership. John and the lady in there lied to me from the start.
