Terrible people and cars.

I bought a car from A and N performance cars Liverpool in June 2025. Following a noisy drive home I contacted Nino to say that I wasn't sure whether the car was as described. I was ignored. I then had the car checked over and was told by a BMW specialist that the timing chain was stretched and would almost certainly snap very soon. The specialist also said that A and N would most certainly have known about the fault. As it was only a few days after I purchased the car, I asked for a refund or some financial help towards the repair as trading standards suggested. I was ignored again. I then took the decision to get in touch with Citizens advice who suggested I contact the Small claims court-I won the case. A and N again ignored the ruling. I then took them to County court and won the case. Still no response from A and N. I am now awaiting bailiffs to take goods to the value of. A and N are aware of this and are still ignoring the rulings. I have texted Nino(Director of A and N) and she has denied she works for A and N and cannot comment on the above. I have now reported her for denying that she is a Director so hopefully she will feel the full force of the law as denying directorship is a criminal offence and carries a hefty fine and possible imprisonment.
