part exchanged a car on the 7th june 2025, gave my settlement figure for my previous finance. still not paid off the finance and now having trouble with the finance company as the car is still registered to me. doesnt reply to emails or is rude on the phone. do not waste your time with this garage absolutely awful treatment and this is causing me so much stress
