Shocking service !
Purchased my new MG ZS in 2023. Sales department met expectations. However 2yrs on my car has developed a serious problem, rendering the vehicle unreliable & dangerous to use. Service department consistently delayed repair & not taking any responsibility. Apparently, they only have one technician (mechanics in my day !). I have contacted MG customer services to raise a formal complaint. Told by Paul Rigby Ltd I will be charged £30/day for a courtesy car, outrageous when problem could have been resolved weeks ago, Totally unacceptable, avoid !!
