Avoid - awful experience

I’m sadly leaving this review after a very frustrating experience with Beck Evans. In my opinion, the vehicle I purchased was not accurately represented. After buying the car, I later discovered signs that it may have previously been in an accident and had welding work that I was not made aware of at the time of sale. Not long after purchasing the vehicle, I experienced engine issues. Two independent garages inspected it and advised me that the problems appeared related to the coolant system and a possible head-gasket issue. This was extremely disappointing given how recently the vehicle was bought. What has made the situation even worse is how difficult it has been to get consistent responses to my emails regarding the complaint. At this stage, because I haven’t been able to resolve things directly, I am now considering pursuing the matter through small-claims court. This has not been the experience I expected, and I hope the company improves its communication and transparency for future customers.
