If you’re looking for a dealership you can trust this is not the one for you. When you spend a large sum of money you expect a certain level of openness & honesty, this is not what you receive from MB500. We purchased a 2022 top spec Mercedes GLA 250e. We made the mistake of assuming that the vehicle would undoubtedly have full main dealership service history, as who wouldn’t perform such services to keep the manufacturers 3 year warranty intact. This wasn’t the case. When we enquired about the service history at MB500’s showroom they informed us that it’s only available to view online & that we would need to check ourselves. It wasn’t possible to check online as only the registered keeper can view such data. We put our trust in MB500, they abused that trust & failed to disclose a material fact. It turned out that the vehicle had only undergone its first annual service & then had not been serviced for 30,087 miles. MB500’s solution to this was to pay £381.01 towards a main dealer service. This obviously doesn’t remedy the fact that the vehicle had gone over 30,000 miles without a service & what implications that may’ve had on the vehicle mechanically. MB500 are full of excuses & you are not in safe hands - avoid.
