PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION

I purchased a car from Bellevue Garage Ltd on 15th August with a three month warranty. By 18th October the vehicle suffered a major engine failure,with inspection confirming damage to the gearbox and starter motor casings. Despite this clear evidence, Bellevue Garage has ignored its responsibility under the contract of sale. They have only a second-hand engine and refused to address the additional damage, leaving the vehicle unfit for the purpose. This demonstrates a complete lack of ownership and accountability. While the initial purchase experience was positive,their after-sales service has been abysmal. The refusal to resolve the matter properly has caused me significant financial hardship and distress. Bellevue Garage's handling of this case shows disregard for customers rights and obligations under the sales contract. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from them.
