Transparent and communicative

Lovely car, I am really happy with it. The customer service was great, no complaints, I got the car delivered and explained I needed it before 3pm as I had to collect my daughter from school. There was an accident on the motorway and they weren't going to make it in time. However I was very impressed that they kept me updated, and were transparent about what was going on, it was appreciated. We reaganged without any problems and everything was fine by the end. So thank you to everyone at Parkside.
