Bought a New Car from them, never again
I purchased a new Suzuki Vitara from Worleys in September 2023. During the negotiations they offered me a free third service on my car to get the deal over the line, in addition to the two supplied by Suzuki. This year as the car was approaching two years old I called to arrange the second service. I was eventually informed that they were no longer a dealer for Suzuki and I would have to go to another dealership further away. During the conversations I was told a weird concoction of excuses, 'they went sort of bust' or 'they were removed', and 'they were a new company', something sounded not right, especially as Companies House seems to have a same Director since 1998. Probably some accounting 'procedure'. But anyways, back to the 'Worleys service', when I contacted the new dealership they informed me that Worleys had never put the third service on the Suzuki system meaning there was no record, so I am screwed and the 'deal' that I got with them is £400 less than I thought when I got it as that's what the service will cost me next year. I tried to email and call Worleys multiple times but no one even bothered to respond, despite telling me that the matter was being looked at by the manager. What I consider to be the most dishonest part of this is that if they had done the service when I phoned up, it would have screwed with the Suzuki extended warranty deal as they were no longer a Suzuki dealership, which they didn't tell me until I said that I didn't have to pay for it and they then decided to tell me, despite know the age of the car. If I had been paying my extended warranty would be gone. This was over two months ago, so based on my experience with Worleys, my advice to you is DO NOT buy a car from these people.
