WARNING Predatory Company

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company has been so stressful and prolonged that I feel obligated to warn other customers. I purchased a vehicle that arrived with a serious engine fault from day one. I reported the issue immediately, within the 30-day period, and repeatedly attempted to exercise my legal right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Instead of explaining the return process, the company delayed for months, insisting on inspections and repairs I did not authorise, and refusing to acknowledge my right to reject. At one point, they even delivered the vehicle to a random person in my building without contacting me — and again, that was after I had refused to accept the vehicle. I still cannot believe a professional business would do this. Over the four months, I had no usable car, yet still had to pay finance instalments. I also incurred thousands in travel costs and even lost a work contract due to the constant delays and broken promises regarding delivery and repair times. Every time I asked about rejecting and returning the vehicle, I was ignored for up to 15 days, redirected, or given conflicting information. My calls were repeatedly avoided. The lack of accountability and disregard for my statutory rights has been genuinely shocking. To make matters worse, the company carried out a full engine replacement without my permission and is now refusing to provide any documentation or warranty relating to that major repair — something that any reputable dealer would supply automatically. I am now having to pursue legal action, as there has been no meaningful attempt to resolve matters fairly. I strongly advise others to stay clear of this predatory company.
