Good service

Just to say Thank you to BMW Vines Gatwick branch . What should have been a straightforward MOT / oil changed - car failed MOT due to a deep gash in one of the tyres down to the thread . I had no transportation to get home whilst they replaced the tyre later that day - I had been waiting at the branch for 3 hours already .Kirstie in their service department really helped me by organising a driver to take me home, which is not normally offered but understood I was stuck as they aren’t able to release the car with such a problem. Equally the driver , Archie, was more than helpful and cheerful also delivering the car back to me at the end of the day. I wasn’t aware that this branch couldn’t offer this collection service due to my local position to the area, however, with a customer finding themselves in a difficult position the staff went to great trouble to help a customer. Thank you BMW Crawley and I really appreciated your service.
