Avoid like the plague

For the second time in as many months my vehicle has been booked in for different work. Each time I get a phone call the day before telling me they are cancelling the appointment as they are no longer doing that work for the foreseeable future. Even have the cheek to tell me to book with other dealerships over 50 miles away. I imagine they are about to go under like their Citroen dealership on Whiffler road!
