Avoid at all costs
The car will break down within a week, then they will accuse you of purposely causing the issue because you cannot afford the insurance. They provided a “new MOT” however I do not believe this to be a genuine MOT as after they delivered the car we noticed the rear lights intermittently worked and the reverse lights did not work at all. Now I’m not an MOT tester but I’m pretty sure this is something that would be checked on an MOT test. They will refuse to collect the car if you request a refund, saying they will only collect if you agree to a repair, even though this is their legal obligation, this is even if the car is unable to be driven under the advise of the AA that had to recover the car after breaking down, therefore you will have to return the car at your own expense on a recovery truck. They will then ignore your emails and phone calls claiming they have 14 working days to return your money. Their legal obligation is 14 days (not working days) As of today they have had the car for 20 full days 15 of these are classified as working days and still not returned our money. Overall I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this company. In fact I would advise avoiding them at all costs. We have reported to The Motoring Ombudsman, Trading Standards and The AA as they are currently a member of the AA Dealer Promise Code of Practice (hopefully not for much longer)
