Promises Made, Promises Broken: A Warnin

A follow-up to my experience from June 2025. The sales team here is very quick with promises but utterly failing on delivery. Assured that a scratched mirror and missing parcel shelf would be sorted, I collected the car with both issues untouched. I was then told the parts would be posted to me. Five months on, I am still waiting. My calls are met with deflection and empty platitudes. This is not a minor oversight; it’s a fundamental breach of trust and a failure in basic customer service. Buyers beware: get every promise in writing.
