Avoid !!!!

Ridiculous treatment from K Dow, M Joyal and Aidan (?), Fault occured on drive home from picking up (multiple faults identified). Been in garage 4 times to fix, and about to go in for a diagnostic for yet more faults. 9 days after picking car up, we requested to return the car due to repeated fault. S Singh agreed we could come in and look for an alternative car, or failing finding one, get a refund. S wasn’t in branch when we went in. No suitable alternative was found (none were looked out as promised), so we requested a refund. Aidan, who was meant to deal with us in S’s absence, couldn’t even access our file (hence never able to deal with return / refund) and became very obstructive and aggressive in his tone and language when we insisted on refund. He refused to process the refund. M Joyal, the “manager” wouldn’t speak with us or even apologise for the absolute carry on, and we’re still fighting to return the car despite requesting it 9 days into the 30 day return period and now being over two months down the line. K Dow lies through his teeth to anyone and everyone, and M Joyal lies on file saying things like we broke the car (first time we were ten mins from forecourt enroute home from pick up, another time the fault occured before we even drove away - as soon as ignition started at service centre so??!!). Do not trust and do not buy!!
